Fresh Graduate Training
A series of centralized training will be provided, including military training, outward bound training, Luye culture and regulations and general competencies courses. A 2-year follow-up training program will be designed when on board.
Orientation Training
New employees will be provided with on-line and off-line courses, and an experienced colleague who will offer guidance.
Classified Training
Internal lecturer will provide training and guidance during work and share their experiences, to allow employees to learn through interaction and improve their expertise.
Induction training for new employees
We annually organize a series training programs for college students in vocational skills and literacy. These programs also cover Luye’s culture, rules and regulations, etc. Senior staff guide the tutor and assist the staff to improve their post competence at the earliest.
Post skills training
We has a large number of experienced and skilled internal business experts, who provide real-time training, counseling and experience sharing during the work, so that employees’ post skills can be improved through meaningful interaction. We also send employees to attend external courses or lecturers.
