Q: How did you become such a great researcher at Boan?

I am deeply indebted to Boan for providing me with this platform. It is a pragmatic and enabling workplace that has held me from the very beginning. Having the opportunity to be part of Biofabrication Innovation has opened my eyes to the charm of innovation.

It takes two steps to create new things - thinking and acting. You must first come up with new ideas and then act on them to make them realities. The managers are always available to answer questions and provide guidance, and the colleagues are supportive, allowing our team to brainstorm goals to work toward. As we keep learning, we are also making progress by identifying and addressing more problems. This innovative platform that is always ready to push the boundaries has cultivated me.

When we are not working, the company and department would offer us training sessions and activities to improve our professional skills and knowledge.
 

Q: What would you like to share with graduates who have just joined Boan?

It takes time to grow, but you will be the professional you have always aspired to be. I wish each and every one of you joining Boan can say this confidently in the end, “This is what I wish and desire.”
